Products, bottle styles, label options, minimum quantities, prices, production schedules, and delivery availability may differ between the United States and Canada.

References to “AYN Water,” “we,” “us,” or “our” mean the business operating the AYN Water website and fulfilling the applicable order.

References to “customer,” “you,” or “your” mean the person or organization using the website, requesting a mockup or quote, approving artwork, or purchasing products.

2. Website Use

You may use this website only for lawful purposes.

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or incomplete information
• Upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing artwork
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website

4. Free Digital Bottle Mockups

AYN Water may provide a complimentary digital mockup to show how submitted branding could appear on a bottle.

A free mockup:

• Is provided for preview and evaluation
• Is not a final production proof unless expressly confirmed
• Does not guarantee product availability
• Does not reserve production capacity
• Does not create an obligation to purchase
• Does not guarantee an exact colour match
• May be revised before final approval
• Remains subject to production and technical requirements

The website describes the free mockup as a no-obligation preview offered before production.

AYN Water may limit the number of free revisions or decline artwork that cannot be produced safely, lawfully, or at acceptable quality.

5. Quotes and Pricing

Website content, promotional wording, and preliminary estimates do not constitute a binding offer.

A quote becomes valid only when it is issued or confirmed by AYN Water and includes the applicable order details.

Pricing may depend on:

• Number of cases or pallets
• Label design and material
• Printing requirements

• Rush requirements
• Applicable taxes

Unless otherwise stated, a quote is valid only for the period shown on the quote.

Prices may change if the customer changes the quantity, artwork, bottle type, delivery address, required date, or other specifications.

6. Order Acceptance

Submitting an inquiry, approving a mockup, requesting a quote, or making an initial payment does not automatically mean that an order has been accepted.

An order is accepted only after AYN Water confirms the relevant details, which may include:

• Final approved artwork
• Bottle style
• Label specifications
• Quantity
• Price
• Payment terms
• Production schedule
• Delivery address
• Delivery requirements
• Required completion date

AYN Water may decline or cancel an order before production where:

• The requested product is unavailable
• Artwork cannot be lawfully or technically reproduced
• Payment is not received
• Information is incomplete or inaccurate
• The required deadline cannot reasonably be met
• The order presents a safety, legal, regulatory, or reputational concern

If AYN Water cancels an accepted order before production for reasons unrelated to customer misconduct, amounts paid for unfulfilled products will generally be refunded, subject to any documented work already completed.

7. Customer Information and Order Accuracy

The customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete information.

This includes:

• Legal or business name
• Contact information
• Billing information
• Delivery address
• Venue access details
• Required delivery date
• Quantity
• Bottle selection
• Label wording
• Logo files
• Spelling
• Phone numbers
• Website addresses
• Promotional claims
• Regulatory wording

AYN Water is not responsible for errors resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information supplied or approved by the customer.

8. Artwork and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of logos and original artwork that you submit.

By submitting artwork, you grant AYN Water a limited, non-exclusive right to use, reproduce, resize, format, adjust, print, and share the material with necessary production partners solely to:

• Create bottle mockups
• Prepare label artwork
• Produce approved products
• Fulfil the order
• Maintain order and quality-control records

You represent and warrant that:

• You own the submitted material or have permission to use it
• The material does not infringe another party’s rights
• The material does not contain unlawful or misleading content
• All required permissions, licences, and approvals have been obtained

You agree to be responsible for claims arising from artwork or instructions supplied by you.

AYN Water may reject artwork that appears unlawful, defamatory, deceptive, discriminatory, obscene, unsafe, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate.

9. Artwork Preparation and Design Services

Where AYN Water assists with label preparation, layout, resizing, or basic design adjustments, those services are based on the information and files supplied by the customer.

Additional design work, extensive revisions, logo recreation, image licensing, copywriting, or file repair may involve additional charges if disclosed before the work is performed.

AYN Water may make minor technical changes required for printing, such as:

• Adjusting dimensions
• Adding bleed
• Converting colour modes
• Repositioning artwork
• Improving spacing
• Resizing text
• Modifying file formats

Material changes should be submitted to the customer for approval before production.

10. Customer Approval

The customer must carefully review the final artwork or production proof before approval.

Approval confirms acceptance of:

• Logo placement
• Spelling
• Grammar
• Contact information
• Colours
• Layout
• Label dimensions
• Bottle selection
• Quantity
• Branding content
• Any visible disclaimers or regulatory text

Once final artwork is approved, the customer is responsible for approved errors or omissions.

Changes requested after approval may result in:

• Additional charges
• Production delays
• Reprinting costs
• Cancellation charges
• A revised delivery date

AYN Water is not required to replace products because of an error that appeared in artwork approved by the customer.

11. Colour and Print Variation

Digital screens and printed labels reproduce colours differently.

AYN Water does not guarantee an exact match between:

• Screen colours and printed colours
• Digital mockups and final labels
• Separate production batches
• Different label materials
• Previously printed products

Reasonable colour, alignment, cutting, label-placement, and material variations are not considered defects.

Customers requiring strict brand-colour matching should communicate this before approval. Additional proofs or colour-matching services may involve extra charges.

12. Minimum Order Quantities

Minimum order quantities may apply and can vary according to:

• Country
• Service area
• Bottle style
• Label type
• Production method
• Delivery destination
• Current availability

Any displayed quantity ranges are inquiry options and do not necessarily guarantee acceptance at that quantity.

The confirmed minimum quantity will appear in the applicable quote or order confirmation.

13. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be stated in the quote, invoice, or order confirmation.

AYN Water may require:

• Full payment before production
• A deposit before artwork or production
• A remaining balance before delivery
• Approved credit terms for qualifying commercial customers

Production may not begin until all required payments and approvals have been received.

The customer is responsible for applicable:

• Product charges
• Design charges
• Taxes
• Shipping or freight
• Delivery surcharges
• Rush charges
• Storage charges
• Redelivery charges
• Customs or cross-border fees, where applicable

Late or unpaid balances may result in delayed production, withheld delivery, cancellation, collection activity, or suspension of future orders.

14. Taxes

Prices may exclude applicable sales, use, goods and services, harmonized sales, provincial, state, local, or other taxes unless expressly stated otherwise.

Customers claiming tax-exempt status must provide valid documentation before invoicing or payment.

AYN Water may collect taxes where required by applicable law.

15. Production Times

Production estimates begin only after AYN Water has received:

• Final artwork approval
• Required payment
• Complete order information
• Confirmed product availability

Production times are estimates unless AYN Water expressly agrees in writing to a guaranteed date.

Production may be affected by:

• Quantity
• Artwork revisions
• Supply availability
• Equipment issues
• Seasonal demand
• Weather
• Carrier delays
• Labour disruptions
• Government restrictions
• Events beyond reasonable control

Customers with a fixed event date should place orders early and clearly disclose the required delivery date before approval.

16. Delivery and Shipping

Delivery or shipping availability depends on the order quantity, destination, production schedule, required date, and access requirements.

The customer must provide:

• A complete and accurate delivery address
• A valid contact person and phone number
• Receiving hours
• Loading, elevator, dock, or access details
• Venue or building instructions
• Any appointment requirements

Free delivery may be offered in qualifying service areas where expressly confirmed in the quote or order confirmation. Free-delivery language on a landing page does not guarantee that every order or address qualifies.

Additional charges may apply for:

• Incorrect addresses
• Failed delivery attempts
• Limited-access locations
• Residential delivery
• Inside delivery
• Liftgate service
• Appointment delivery
• Waiting time
• Redelivery

Risk of loss and delivery responsibility will be determined by the confirmed delivery arrangement and applicable law.

17. Delivery Dates and Delays

AYN Water will make reasonable efforts to meet confirmed delivery estimates but does not guarantee carrier or third-party delivery performance unless expressly agreed in writing.

AYN Water is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control, including:

• Traffic or road closures
• Carrier disruption
• Labour disputes
• Supply shortages
• Customs delays
• Government action
• Natural disasters
• Power outages
• Equipment failures
• Venue restrictions
• Incorrect customer information

Where consumer-protection law provides mandatory delivery or cancellation rights, those rights remain unaffected. For example, Ontario provides specific statutory remedies in some consumer transactions when products are delivered substantially later than promised.

18. Inspection of Delivered Products

The customer should inspect the shipment promptly upon delivery.

Visible damage, missing items, incorrect quantities, or significant production defects should be noted on the delivery receipt where possible and reported to AYN Water promptly.

A claim should include:

• Customer name
• Order or invoice number
• Description of the issue
• Quantity affected
• Clear photographs
• Photographs of packaging
• Delivery documentation
• Any carrier damage notation

Do not discard affected products or packaging until AYN Water has reviewed the claim.

Failure to provide sufficient evidence may limit our ability to investigate or pursue a carrier claim.

19. Custom Products, Cancellations and Refunds

AYN Water products are customized using customer-approved artwork and specifications. Because custom products cannot normally be resold, cancellation and refund options may be limited after artwork approval, material purchasing, printing, or production begins.

Before production begins, cancellation requests will be reviewed according to the work already completed.

The customer may be responsible for:

• Design work already performed
• Proof preparation
• Purchased materials
• Printing setup
• Administrative work
• Production already completed
• Non-refundable supplier or freight charges

After production begins, orders may be non-cancellable and non-refundable except where required by law or where AYN Water confirms a qualifying defect.

No term in this policy removes rights that cannot legally be waived.

20. Defective or Incorrect Products

If AYN Water confirms that products materially differ from the approved specifications because of an error attributable to AYN Water, we may, as appropriate:

• Reproduce the affected quantity
• Replace the affected products
• Issue a partial credit
• Issue a refund for the affected products
• Provide another reasonable resolution

The available remedy will depend on:

• The nature of the problem
• The number of products affected
• Available evidence
• Product usability
• Timing

Minor differences in colour, label placement, bottle appearance, packaging, or production tolerances are not necessarily defects.

21. Storage and Uncollected Orders

If the customer cannot receive, collect, or accept delivery of a completed order, storage fees may apply after reasonable notice.

AYN Water may charge for:

• Storage
• Redelivery
• Rebooking
• Handling
• Additional freight

Orders left uncollected for an extended period may be disposed of where permitted by law after reasonable attempts to contact the customer. Outstanding amounts will remain payable.

22. Recurring Orders

Recurring or repeat orders are subject to:

• Current pricing
• Material availability
• Bottle availability
• Updated production schedules
• Revised delivery charges
• Current artwork and specifications

A previous order does not guarantee identical colours, materials, prices, bottle components, or production times for future batches.

Customers should review and reconfirm repeat-order details before production.

No automatic recurring purchase will be created unless the customer expressly agrees to one.

23. Promotions and Special Offers

Promotions, discounts, free delivery, free mockups, or other offers may be subject to:

• Eligibility requirements
• Geographic restrictions
• Minimum quantities
• Expiration dates
• Product limitations
• One offer per customer
• Availability

Offers may not be combined unless expressly stated.

AYN Water may modify or end a promotion at any time before an eligible order is accepted.

24. Customer Reviews and Feedback

Customers may provide honest feedback about AYN Water’s products and services.

Nothing in these Terms prohibits a customer from submitting a truthful review, reporting concerns to regulators, or exercising lawful rights. The U.S. Consumer Review Fairness Act prohibits certain standard-form contract clauses that restrict or penalize honest consumer reviews.

AYN Water may require changes to artwork or wording where necessary to meet printing, production, labelling, safety, or legal requirements.

Advertising and marketing claims should be truthful, non-deceptive, and supported by appropriate evidence.

33. Privacy

Personal information submitted through the website or during an order is handled according to the AYN Water Privacy Policy.
